  1. Sit with Errect Spine– Keeping the backbone straight while practicing is very essential as it helps in raising your energy level.
  2. Keep your eyes closed: Yoga is your internal journey, just simply close your eyes and sit with yourself and experience the stillness within.
  3. Deep Breathing: Once you sit with yourself, take your attention on your breath and keep focusing on it. You will realize your mind starts becoming relaxed and your tension gets released.

Try practicing the above three tools to shift your consciousness from ignorance to awareness.However, when you practice, keep a woolen mat beneath you to maintain the energy within you that you get while practicing.
