You might have already heard that this body is made up of five elements.You go to your kitchen and prepare a simple dish, it would require at least 10 ingredients. But, see advanced gadget our body is; only five elements. Well, today I am going to take your attention to something very fundamental. See, if you are going through a rough phase, if you are unable to manage yourself, this is because the five elements within you are impure.

The cleansing of these elements is known as Bhutta Shuddhi.

Here are certain steps, you can take to take charge of these 5 elements:

Thank what you eat/drink: When was the last time you even saw the food properly when you were eating? Most of are lost on television or in our mobile phones and eat our food. So, from today what you can do is leave all your electronic gadgets aside and then have your meal. Having a sense of gratitude towards what you eat will definitely purify your system.

Live out of the box: If you carefully observe, most of your time is spent either in the office or at the home or in your car depending on your lifestyle. But, the common thing is you are not connected to nature. Nature has a lot of secrets to tell. However, we miss that connection and invite diseases within our body and mind.

Syncing with the sun: Every yogic practice is essentially to activate the sun within you. If you do this consciously, then being healthy is a natural outcome.

Start doing these three tools. Even if you make a little of it a part of your life, you will see yourself evolving, your confidence level will rise and emerge as a vibrant personality.F
