Why people do fasting?
Look around yourself, you will find a lot of people keeping fasts. Why do they do so? Because this body requires energy to regenerate cells. If you keep on eating after every few hours, your body will spend all its energy on making the food digest.

Start with an experiment. One day, you consume all the junk food available in the market and then consciously feel how your body energy is.
On the second day, eat raw food such as fruits. On this day, you will wonder you are much more energetic, much more alive, much more passionate in anything and everything you do.
Also, it is important not to keep eating throughout the day. Your body needs a gap between meals. It needs to relax. You cannot put anything inside this body. This is not a garbage bin.
So, what you should eat? Ask your body. Observe yourself carefully. Notice whenever you intake something that happens to your body. If it taking your awareness to greater heights than include it in your diet. If it’s not then slowly and gradually try to stay away from it.
